Dan has a deep passion for fitness that started in 2001. In 2012, he began competing as a competitive athlete in the sport of fitness. In 2014 he was introduced to OPEX and started coaching athletes one-on-one. Shortly after, he realized he enjoyed physiology and building individualized programs more than competing. More recently he left his government job to coach full-time.
Dan looks to help those who are ready to make positive change in their life. Striving to build real relationships, educate and help achieve optimal health.

My name is Jonathan and I’ve been teaching in the fitness world for 10+ years. I own and operate my own successful fitness facility for almost 4 years now. When I was 27 years old I realized I didn't want just any boring job. I didn’t care about how much money I made. I wanted to feel good about what I did. I wanted fulfillment from my profession. I coach because I can touch people’s lives through fitness. When my day is done and I drive home --I smile. I’m happy.
